| I submitted textbooks to 3 online sites. The first two paid me in three weeks. Ecampus sends payment 4-6 weeks after they receive the books. After 6 weeks had passed I tried to check my status several times and requested my password be sent to me via email, because i kept getting a message the password was invalid and therefore couldn't check my status. I'd get a message Nothing was ever sent to me. Finally i got in touch with a representative who told me that the "password recovery systerm" was down. It apparently had been down for a week and a half. But maybe i should check back in a couple hours. She told me it would be another 4-6 weeks before i received any payment. The check printing machine had been broken for 2 weeks so the company wasn't able to send out any checks! And they were swamped with books. Then she just kind of hung up on me. Ecampus offers good prices on buybacks, but i'm very unhappy with the time it's taken to get payment (still waiting) and the service. I've had much better luck with bookbyte.com and textbookbuyer.com. |
