Thirteen months ago,i bought a phone on line,and it has been a real nightmare. 4 months After i bought the phone,i was turned into a collection agency in Texas for cancelling my contract..i never cancelled,i extended it by 3 months. 3 months after this call,i got a letter from a collection agency in New York,telling me i owed $250.00 for having the service shut off..i have never shut service off.AT&T will not stand behind me..they tell me they have never heard of something like this before.they also said i have done nothing wrong....so why can't i get any help???? be real careful if you are going to order from
